  • To employ teachers, instructors or lecturers and all or any other needed personnel necessary for the purpose of realizing the objects of the university.
  • To provide educational and training opportunities to medical students, nurses, health care workers, nutritionists, engineers, educationists, agriculturists or any other as the university may deem fit at all levels.
  • To become a centre of excellence in scientific research and innovation.
