She/he manages all the processes pertaining to; admissions, records, curricula, teaching, examinations, research, postgraduate studies, transcripts and academic ceremonies. He / she is also the secretary to the Senate as well as staff development.

Eng. Kasagga Usama is the acting Academic Registrar of Equator University of Science and Technology. He is a PhD Candidate in Information Technology Management at Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah (USAS) – Malaysia.

He obtained a Master of Science in Technical Education with Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Specialization from Islamic University of Technology, Gazipur (IUT, OIC), Bangladesh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Teaching At Higher Education (IUIU), and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (B.Sc.Cs) (IUIU).   More………..
