EQUSaT Guild Conducts Ministerial Vetting

The Equator University of Science and Technology (EQUSaT) Students’ Guild vetted candidates that had applied for the various ministerial post yesterday, March 11, 2025, in the university’s conference room.

 

The vetting panel was led by incoming Guild President HE. Ssengendo Sharif Senoga and incoming Guild Speaker Rt. Hon. Ssebayigga John, who carefully assessed candidates for various ministerial positions.

 

Speaking to the EQUSaT Post, HE. Ssengendo Sharif emphasized the transparency of the process and expressed confidence in the selection of capable leaders.

 

"Our team knows what to do, and every member is transparent. I am confident that my cabinet will have the best ministers," he stated.

 

The vetting process follows closely after the recent student elections, where the Guild President, Speaker, and other leaders emerged victorious. The newly elected leaders are expected to be sworn in within the coming days.
